Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes Same business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
2. Shipping Costs & Shipping Time
Shipping cost:
Free shipping applies to orders above $99. For orders below $99, a $15 shipping charge applies.

3. Package Inspection
Upon receipt, compare the carton count to the carrier's delivery note. Any discrepancies should be noted immediately. If packaging appears compromised, indicate this when signing and, if possible, photograph the damage. Any product damage should be reported to info@leapsports.com.au within 2 working days of receipt.
4. Address Restrictions
We cannot deliver to PO or GPO Box addresses.
5. Delivery Obstructions
If a product cannot be delivered due to spatial constraints and is subsequently returned, the customer will bear all associated shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If you foresee potential delivery challenges, please reach out in advance.
