Warranty Rules and Regulations

The warranty becomes void if the product's serial number is removed, altered, or defaced. The warranty period starts from the purchase date.
Handling Repairs & Replacements
At leapsports.com.au, we are dedicated to resolving any manufacturer's faults or damages most efficiently. We will decide the best course of action based on the issue's nature. Most often, the needed parts can be easily replaced, and we'll promptly send you the relevant component. However, we reserve the right to replace any faulty or damaged part with a similar one. In the event of a major fault, we might request the item to be returned for repairs or replacement.
Return Policy
We advise keeping your product's original packaging if possible. Should a warranty repair be required and you no longer possess the original packaging, you will be responsible for packing the product safely for transportation. Any damage incurred during transit is not covered under the warranty. The product must be returned to the original purchase location if picked up from one of our authorized distribution centers.
